3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
  • Share your license key with parties outside your organization
  • Use the software to create a competing product
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

4. Intellectual Property

SwiftDataServer and all associated documentation, code, and materials are the intellectual property of SwiftDataServer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • One-Time Payment: Licenses are purchased with a one-time payment.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

All licenses include email support. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Support covers:

IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIFTDATASERVER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
